Bikaner House Management Society (BHMS) is registered society under the Government of Rajasthan, with 12AA status under Section 80G of IT Act. The Governing Body of BHMS is chaired by the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Rajasthan, while the Executive Committee is chaired by the Chief Resident Commissioner, Govt. of Rajasthan, New Delhi. The BHMS comprises senior officers from the Government of Rajasthan and select non-official experts from the world of art and culture.
