The Government of Rajasthan registered the Bikaner House Management Society (BHMS) in April 2016 to dedicate Bikaner House to the exploration of interdisciplinary activities in arts, heritage, and culture. The primary objective of BHMS is to develop Bikaner House into a premier art and cultural hub in the capital for both state- and national-level events.
The primary objective of BHMS is to organise a wide range of art and cultural events and programmes related to the arts and culture of Rajasthan across its various venues, including the conference hall, exhibition spaces, contemporary arts centre, amphitheatre, and lawns. These activities include seminars, exhibitions, performances, workshops, book launches, Sunday markets, and artisanal crafts melas.
